About The Author: Amy Tobin is a former contributor to Cincinnati Magazine and Cincinnati Wedding. Her career has also included the roles of interior designer, caterer, and cooking teacher. She is the culinary director for the popular cooking school EQ at the Party Source in northern Kentucky. Amy also develops recipes and is a consultant to several national food brands.

A radio and television personality on Cincinnati's Q102 and CET, Amy can be heard on the radio every Sunday morning and seen on television every Wednesday evening as host of the lifestyle show Amy's Table. The show covers a wide range of topics, including getting yourself organized, easy recipes, and fun ideas for special events. A native of Michigan, Amy lived in Chicago before venturing to Cincinnati.

She currently lives in the Cincinnati area with her husband, Rob, and their two children, Sean and Katie.

Amy says she loves focusing on simple recipes, because "great cooking should be great fun!"
